They were able to come out the same day less than 5 hours after I called right on time that they said they would be there. Checked the system over thoroughly and did what they could to get it back working but the outside unit was dead. They spent the rest of their afternoon tracking down a replacement and was there the very next morning at 7 am with a replacement. That is less than 24 hours from the time a service call was placed to the problem being resolved and since we had them replaced the unit they did not charge us a dime for the service call.
