Mugen Metal Gear Rex Figure
Honestly, I'm not a big fan of this stage. - The floor is a little grainy.
- The lights on the left and right are odd IMO. They don't blend well and are edgy. - The perspective for the element on the left of the stage is strange. - The delta between the wal and the BG Rex is too small. - There isn't any animation in the background. I know it's not easy to do, but something is missing there, as it really looks like a dead factory as it is. - Apart from the Rex behind, nothing makes me think this stage is about MGS.
I'm not saying it's a bad stage, far from that. The overall graphics are fine, and the coding seems okay (haven't actually looked much into it). It's just that I'm not fond of the concept and the execution is not up to my tastes. I'm glad there'll be a Genome soldier, as this would 'fix' the two last points. Love the concept, man. But I did have a couple of nitpicks: It looks more like a poster of REX on the wall in the background. You should make it move more slowly than the screen, if that's possible (I don't know much about stages), so it doesn't move with the wall.

Also, if you recall, in MGS1 the control room was nearly on the same level as the cockpit and close enough that you couldn't see the whole thing. I would make REX much bigger than the window and position it so that when both characters are on the ground, you can see maybe from half of the cockpit upward, then have it move more slowly so you can see more of it when a character jumps. Also, there was a desk in the control room in MGS1.
