What's the reasoning behind that? I'm a first year analyst in IB and have seen other templates with 2/3 the space on 'Work Experience' and Leadership + Education condensed into one section. However, given that recruiting starts 6 months or less into the job (less than that in my case), I haven't had much transactional experience at my 2nd-tier bank, so a format including college activities makes sense to me. Is the reason for this spacing related to how early recruiting is, or other factors? 2) If you were a summer analyst at your current bank, would you suggest collapsing that into 1 'Work Experience'?
