Hey guys and gals, Let me start by apologizing if I posted this topic in an incorrect category, this is my first post! I currently drive a 2013 VW Passat and my lease is coming to an end. I start my new job next week at BMW and I have heard of a few rumors going around regarding employee leases being dirt cheap.

I was about to get out of my Passat for a 2015 EB Mustang, however I figured I'd wait around to see how it went. I have a few questions. 1) what type of incentives do they offer for employees? 2) Is it a credit based lease?

( I heard of payment deductions from your paycheck) 3) what vehicles are available? To sum it up my all time dream car is an M235i AW on red.

I do not think I am at a point where I can afford it currently, however; maybe its worth the wait? Can someone share some incite? Thanks in advance guys and gals. I start my new job next week at BMW. Good luck on your new job. However, before anyone can give you any answer at all, you will have to explain what you mean by 'at BMW' and then tell us what your new job actually is.

When you say you're going to work 'at BMW,' most of us assume you mean you are going to work for BMW of North America and not one of the individual, independent franchised dealers, who would not be considered 'BMW' but just an independent franchised dealer who sells and services the BMW products. So what exactly do you mean by BMW? If you're talking about a BMW dealership, what is your new job?

Specifically, will you be a salesman (sorry, Client Adviser)? BMW has, or at least used to have, special arrangements for salesmen to lease new BMWs for special terms. Not sure if they still do but they used to in the past. Also, some dealerships may or may not have their own arrangements for their employees, usually only those in sales.

Managers at most dealerships have certain privileges when it comes to driving new BMWs (demonstrators) but that's something that varies greatly between dealerships. At one time, all salesmen drove demonstrators but those days are mostly in the past for most dealerships. -- Never mind. I just noticed that the title is 'Center Employee Lease Program.' That's something that you will have to discuss with the individual dealership. Vsp Classic Keygens.

Assuming they have a 'lease program,' you probably won't be eligible to participate until after you complete a minimum probationary period, usually at least three months, maybe six months. If they hired you, I assume you filled out and signed a credit application, which they can use to run a pre-employment credit check on you provided you agreed to allow them to do that and provided they inform the credit reporting company that it's for employment purposes. We always did that. Another thing they should have done is run your California driver's license for moving violations, since you will be driving their new BMWs when going with customers or simply moving cars around.

So you will have to be accepted by their garage owners' insurance policy. No need being surprised a month from now when the insurance company rejects you for coverage because you have 12 moving violations in the previous 3 years. It can happen.

In any case, each dealership sets its own policies and those policies can vary widely between dealerships. Of course, a lot of dealerships are part of a national dealership chain and their policies are set at the headquarters level. They're usually not as generous as most individual owners. Whether credit is involved in a lease through BMWFS depends on what you mean by that and exactly what the dealership's policies are on that subject, because a dealer can always guarantee an employee's lease if they feel like it. Check with the dealership but maybe not on the first day. Let somebody else ask that question, assuming you're not the only new hire.

Otherwise, wait to make a good first impression first before popping questions about 'benefits. Pdf Xchange Viewer Serial. ' Make sure you're a keeper before you start asking them about how you can get your hands on your own new BMW.
